AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Korean Life: Savvy Tips & Insights (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the website http://www.liveinkojpau.com and the related concierge service at http://www.justaskjin.liveinkojpau.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Legal Terms at any time by changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Users who are minors (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of and be supervised by a parent or guardian to use the Services.

The information provided through the Services is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who access the Services from outside South Korea do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Your submissions

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services do not currently offer users the ability to submit or post public content. If this changes in the future, applicable contribution guidelines will be added to these Legal Terms.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By submitting feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We will handle any personal data included in such submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide areas on the Services for users to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must have firsthand experience with the subject being reviewed, not use offensive or discriminatory language, not post false or misleading statements, and not organise review campaigns. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, modify, display, and distribute all content relating to the review.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not investigate, monitor, or verify the accuracy or reliability of such third-party content and are not responsible for it. Any purchases made through third-party websites are solely between you and the relevant third party.

We may allow third parties to display advertisements in certain areas of the Services. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements and have no other relationship with those advertisers.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Legal Terms or applicable law, refuse or restrict access to any content or portion of the Services, remove files or content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure their proper functioning.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in South Korea. If you access the Services from any other region, through your continued use you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in South Korea.

These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to any person at any time for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms, without notice or liability. If we terminate your access, you are prohibited from registering or creating a new account under any name.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Services or any part of them at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Korean Life: Savvy Tips & Insights and you irrevocably consent that the courts of South Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to submit all disputes related to these Legal Terms to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea. We also maintain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside or where your principal place of business is located.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

We will maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the Services and your use of them. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.

23. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms.
